Jeonbuk INNOPOLIS held 'Honam INNOPOLIS Enterprise Investment Relations ("IR").'
- Gwangju, Jeonbuk, and Naju INNOPOLIS work hand in hand to support startup investment attraction actively -
□ INNOPOLIS Foundation (Chairman Byung-Sam Kang) announced on the 30th that it held "Innovation Startup IR for Honam Area INNOPOLIS" at the Jeonbuk Tech Biz Center to attract investment from promising companies based in the Honam area.
ㅇ This investment IR was jointly planned and promoted to connect the investment ecosystems of Gwangju INNOPOLIS, Jeonbuk INNOPOLIS, and Naju INNOPOLIS, small hidden champion INNOPOLIS in the Honam region, and expand investment opportunities for promising companies.
□ For this event, 10 investment institutions with investment resources, such as POSCO Technology Investment and Smilegate Investment, were invited to connect with actual investment attractions. They reviewed IR pitchings of 8 promising companies* and conducted investment feasibility reviews and consulting through one-on-one consultations with companies.

□ Korea Innovation Foundation will additionally provide investment attraction consulting for participating companies based on the review opinions of investment institutions and closely support companies' success in attracting investment through continuous links such as follow-up meetings with investors.
□ Meanwhile, the Honam region IR was held twice last year. Total 18 companies and 21 investors participated, and after IR, they supported follow-up consulting and investor connection, creating an investment attraction of KRW 3.7 billion for 4 companies.
□ In the future, the Korea Innovation Foundation will continue to promote events that introduce excellent INNOPOLIS companies in the Honam region to investors. Furthermore, through joint IR between INNOPOLISes, it plans to create synergies in attracting investment by linking the specialized fields of each INNOPOLIS.
□ President Kang Byung-sam of Korea Innovation Foundation said, "The joint IR between INNOPOLIS, which links the investment attraction know-how of individual INNOPOLIS, will greatly help attract investment from local companies, and we will continue to use effort".
