□INNOPOLIS Foundation (President Kim Cha Dong) has secured a bridgehead to build a foundation for the global technology commercialization of INNOPOLIS. ㅇOn the Feb. 10th (local time), President Kim Cha Dong of INNOPOLIS Foundation participated in the international council hosted in Malaga, Spain as one of the international board of directors of IASP and has proposed specific cooperation plans. ▲Invigoration of mutual or multi-lateral technology-business interchange among member countries. ▲Reinforcement of investment in start-ups and enterprise growth inside the science park. ▲Expansion of connection projects among global businesses and promising technologies inside the science park.
*International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation, ISAP: An international non-profit organization consisting of 396 science parks in 73 countries. It's main activity is the interchange and cooperation among worldwide science parks and innovation clusters. ㅇAlso on Feb. 12 (local time), President Kim presented about the "South Korea's Science Technology Innovation and the role of INNOPOLIS" during the 4th Spain Transfiere hosted by the Spain Andalusia provincial government and sponsored by the European Union. Through the keynote address, President Kim introduced South Korea's science technology innovation policy and proposed a development direction for science park in order to fulfill the creative economy through ‘INNOPOLIS’ as role-model . ㅇPresident Kim also visited related institutions such as the Spanish Science Park Association, the Andalusian Techno-park. He also created a cooperation-communication channel for the global tech biz of universities, research centers and companies inside INNOPOLIS and that such institutions can advance overseas. |
